While there are many greens powders available the majority of them fall short. The #1 problem with most 'greens' products is the way the ingredients are dried. Unless stated otherwise, everything out there is either air-dried or drum-dried. These drying methods cause the greens to lose tons of micronutrient potential, but manufacturers love them because it reduces the bitter flavor (you know, the taste caused by the health-benefting micronutrients) and they are cheap. If the product doesn't specifcally state its superior drying process, it's because they are dried using cheap methods.
