Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on open items, with some exceptions being made if the product has an obvious defect.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, and if applicable, a photo of the defective product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Our flat-rate shipping feature applies to the lower 48 United States and Military/APO addresses. Your products will typically take 2-6 days to arrive. (We will always try our best to get it to you as fast as possible!)
Because of restrictions on many products, we are not currently offering shipping to international destinations.
If we are unable to process your order using flat-rate shipping, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, product size and weight, and shipping destination. Every effort will be made to provide you with the lowest-cost shipping available. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping is free for products picked-up in our Essex Junction retail store.
